Offering common sense solutions for judicial discipline
How to file a complaint of judicial misconduct.

Party Politics?

Since you're going to ask, we are non-partisan. We have no allegiances to any party, nor do we promulgate talking points from on-high. That is, unless you consider On-High to be from the God of the Bible. In that case, we are seeking Truth & Justice in the American Way. Even if you do not believe in Him, we trust you still want Truth & Justice.

If you had to classify us, we are "conservative" in the sense we want old-fashioned, traditional values. However, we are just as vexed when a Conservative judge breaks the laws requiring recusal as when a Liberal judge does same. (As with Justice Scalia in the VP Cheney matter.)

Lucre?

We've decided to not solicit donations, with the attendant problems that can bring. We prefer to be autonomous, not being steered by contributors. Ours is a labor of love. We hope to keep up the good fight as long as the love lasts and Providence provides.

Where do I sign?

How do you become a member? Easy. Simply send us a complaint you filed. (With proof of receipt from the controlling organization.) If we think it's a legitimate complaint, then you're a member! (In this case, we'll be the judge.) If you wish, we'll post your complaint on the site.
